Bamboo can be planted, grown and harvested much faster than wood. Maintenance: Since bamboo is very robust, it is excellent for both outdoor as well as indoor use. The surface may become more grey over time, especially when used outdoors, which is a natural process and contributes to the charm of the product. When used outdoors, bamboo can be attacked by mould, but it is only on the surface. Be sure to keep the underlay dry so that the furniture legs do not adsorb water.
